2025/2026 NNPC & NAE PSC Scholarship: Now Accepting Applications

The 2025/2026 NNPC & NAE PSC Scholarship is officially open, offering an incredible opportunity for Nigerian graduates to advance their education. Sponsored by Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited on behalf of the NNPC/NAE PSC, this scholarship is part of the company’s commitment to supporting the development of Nigerian talent through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

This scholarship is available in two categories:

1. Overseas – For students pursuing higher education at recognized international universities.
2. Local – For students planning to study at respected Nigerian universities.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Degree: A Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Nigerian university.
• Admission: Proof of admission to a Master’s program (either in Nigeria or abroad) for the 2025/2026 academic session in one of the approved disciplines.
• Age: Applicants must not exceed 28 years old by December 31, 2025.
• NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Passport: Overseas applicants must have an international passport that is valid for at least one year from September 2025.

Eligible Disciplines

This scholarship is open to students in the following fields of study:

• Geosciences
• Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Subsea, Electrical/Electronics, Marine, Chemical, Offshore, Environmental, Renewable)
• Petroleum Economics
• Law (Oil and Gas/Petroleum)

Required Documents

Applicants should have the following documents scanned and ready before starting the application:

• Passport photograph (450×450 pixels, white background, taken within the last 6 months).
• Provisional admission letter for postgraduate studies (2025/2026 session) into any recognized university (either local or overseas).
• First degree certificate.
• NYSC discharge certificate.
• Valid ID card (Driver’s license, Voter’s card, or National ID).
• For overseas applicants, a valid international passport (with at least one year validity from September 2025).
• Birth certificate from the local government.
• NAE Compliance Declaration Form (download here: NAE Compliance Declaration Form).
