Air Peace Chairman, Allen Onyema, has stated that the airline has faced continuous attacks since starting its London operations in February 2024. Speaking at a stakeholders’ meeting on flight disruptions, Onyema alleged that false accusations and misinformation, including claims of delays, cancellations, and a fabricated crash, are being spread to tarnish the airline’s reputation.
Onyema called on security agencies to investigate these attacks, which he believes are targeted not just at Air Peace but at the Nigerian aviation industry as a whole. He highlighted the progress made under President Bola Tinubu’s administration and warned that such actions could undermine these achievements.
