IITA Wins the 2024 Agenda Consulting Employee Engagement Award
This award recognizes Agenda Consulting clients in the not-for-profit sector who have demonstrated high levels of employee engagement within their organizations. The criteria for the award are:
- The response rate in the survey should be at least 50%.
- The positive percentage should be at least 80% for the question, “I would recommend this organization as a good place to work.”
IITA achieved an 89% Engagement score.
