- Nigerian Descent: Applicants must be of Nigerian descent.
- Age Range: Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Study Location: They must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution in either Australia or Canada. Prospective students with admission offers to universities or colleges in these countries are also encouraged to apply.
- Commitment: Applicants should demonstrate commitment and be willing to undergo verification checks.
