About the Internship Program

Position: Market Research / Customer Success Intern
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Host Company: FCMB Asset Management Limited

This internship offers real-world experience in client support, investment research, and financial operations. Interns will contribute to a client-focused team delivering tailored financial solutions to individuals and institutions.

Responsibilities

Interns will support daily operations and strategic tasks, including:

• Responding to customer inquiries and handling documentation
• Assisting with client onboarding and managing client records
• Preparing investment certificates and client communications
• Verifying KYC documents and organizing records
• Collecting and analyzing client feedback
• Conducting desk research on industry trends and competitors
• Compiling internal reports and data presentations
• Designing slides, dashboards, and visual content
• Participating in team discussions to enhance customer experience

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Between 0–2 years of experience in investment operations, client services, or research
• Basic understanding of investment principles and customer service
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
