About the Internship Program
Position: Market Research / Customer Success Intern
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Host Company: FCMB Asset Management Limited
This internship offers real-world experience in client support, investment research, and financial operations. Interns will contribute to a client-focused team delivering tailored financial solutions to individuals and institutions.
Responsibilities
Interns will support daily operations and strategic tasks, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries and handling documentation
- Assisting with client onboarding and managing client records
- Preparing investment certificates and client communications
- Verifying KYC documents and organizing records
- Collecting and analyzing client feedback
- Conducting desk research on industry trends and competitors
- Compiling internal reports and data presentations
- Designing slides, dashboards, and visual content
- Participating in team discussions to enhance customer experience
Eligibility
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Between 0–2 years of experience in investment operations, client services, or research
- Basic understanding of investment principles and customer service
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
