The intensive training is not just about discussions but acquiring knowledge to create training models that will transform the current narrative.”

Professor Fatima Sawa, Director of Research and Development at ATBU, noted that 150 young academics were carefully selected for the workshop. She highlighted that the training would be a transformative experience, preparing participants to adapt to the realities of a globalized world. “The training will serve as a life changer to the young academics, and you should use the knowledge gained to improve yourselves and the university at large,” Sawa stated.
