The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has inaugurated a legal team to challenge the outcome of the controversial presidential election held on February 25, 2023. Ajibade (SAN), Mr. O.M. Atoyebi (SAN), Mrs. Nella Rabana (SAN), Paul Ogbole (SAN), Nuremi Jimoh (SAN), and Abdul Ibrahim (SAN).
The legal team’s primary goal is to prove that the February 25 presidential election was marred by irregularities and electoral malpractices. They must establish that the election was not a reflection of the will of the people and that it was, therefore, illegal.
