Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the UN Talent Pipeline, you must:

• Hold a Master’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience (or seven years with a Bachelor’s degree).
• Have an educational background relevant to the specific talent pipeline you’re applying for.
• Possess at least an intermediate level of English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).

Note: Current UN Secretariat staff members are not eligible to apply. However, personnel from UN Funds, Programmes, and Specialized Agencies may apply, provided they meet all other eligibility criteria.
