The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has commenced its 2024/2025 Graduate Replacement Exercise to reduce unemployment and strengthen the workforce of four key paramilitary agencies in Nigeria.

Ongoing Graduate Replacement Exercise – Submit CV via Email
The current replacement opportunity is open specifically to Nigerian graduates who are seeking positions in any of the following CDCFIB agencies:
- Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
- Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
- Federal Fire Service (FFS)
- Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS)

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the replacement exercise, candidates must:
- Possess at least an ND, NCE, HND, or a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Hold an NYSC Discharge Certificate or exemption letter (for degree or HND holders).
- Be a Nigerian citizen with good character.
- Have basic computer knowledge.
- Be willing to fully dedicate themselves to national service.
- Not be currently employed by any federal government agency.

- A recent passport photograph
- A functional mobile phone number and email address
- Birth certificate or sworn age declaration
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- Any valid means of identification:
- National ID Card
- Voter’s Card
- International Passport
