Mandatory Exam Instructions for All Candidates
All applicants are required to log in to the official examination portal at least 30 minutes before their scheduled test time. This early login period will be used for identity verification and system checks to ensure a smooth testing experience.
According to the CDCFIB, late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. Candidates must also ensure that their exam date, time, and login credentials match exactly with the details provided during registration.
Device and Technical Requirements
The examination can be taken using a laptop, desktop computer, or smartphone equipped with a functional camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. A selfie verification process will be conducted before access is granted to the test, and the captured image must match the one used during registration.
The Board strongly advised candidates to test their devices ahead of time to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Strict Proctoring and Monitoring Measures
The CDCFIB confirmed that the CBT will be proctored live through video and AI-based monitoring. Any suspicious activities such as movement away from the screen, communication with others, or attempts to open unauthorized materials will lead to immediate disqualification.
Candidates are reminded to remain on the exam interface throughout the duration of the test. Actions such as switching tabs, navigating away from the test window, or using other devices will automatically trigger disqualification alerts.
Technical Support and Issue Reporting
In case of login or technical challenges, candidates should report immediately through the official CDCFIB support portal. The Board warned that failure to report issues through the approved channel may affect verification and participation status.
Furthermore, candidates must take the test only on their assigned date and time, as any attempt to participate outside the designated schedule will result in automatic disqualification without appeal.
