The recruitment, which involves major paramilitary agencies such as the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), faced disruptions due to persistent glitches on the official portal, https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng/, causing many applicants to experience difficulties completing their applications.

Why the Recruitment Was Postponed

According to the Ministry of Interior, the decision to delay the process was made to ensure fairness, transparency, and proper verification of submitted documents.

“We’re committed to a transparent and inclusive recruitment exercise. This brief suspension allows our technical team to resolve all system issues and ensure that no qualified applicant is left out,” the Ministry stated.
