Federal Fire Service (FFS) 2024 Recruitment: Applications Now Open for Qualified Nigerians

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially commenced the recruitment process for the Federal Fire Service (FFS) in Nigeria. As of December 27, 2023, the recruitment portal is now open to receive applications from eligible candidates who aspire to join the Federal Fire Service.

Requirements for FFS 2024 Recruitment:
To be considered for the Federal Fire Service recruitment, applicants must meet the following statutory requirements:

  1. Nigerian citizenship by birth.
  2. Possession of requisite qualifications; only certificates accepted at the recruitment center will be considered.
  3. Certificate of Medical Fitness from a recognized Government Hospital.
  4. Good character without any criminal convictions.
  5. No involvement in financial embarrassments.
  6. Age between 18 and 35 years.
  7. Height not less than 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females.
  8. Chest measurement not less than 0.87m for men.
  9. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
  10. Not a member of secret societies, cults, or involved in substance abuse.
