- Improved public trust with timely responses
Implementation:
- Pilot phase in FCT, receiving nationwide complaints
- Managed by trained NYSC corps members as Help Desk Officers
- Partnerships: NYSC, Nigeria Police, Ministry of Health, UNODC, civic groups
