Scholarship Details

- Value: AUD $6,000 per year, apportioned as AUD $750 per 10-unit course
- Duration: Up to 4 years (maximum of AUD $24,000)

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be international full-fee paying students
- Commence study in an eligible CRICOS-registered undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree priority program at the University of Newcastle
- Not be recipients of other University scholarships unless prior approval is obtained
- Demonstrate the financial capacity to meet the obligations of a full fee-paying international student as specified by the Australian Government
Application Process
- No separate application is required for the scholarship. Eligible students are automatically considered upon application to the University.
- The scholarship is administered for each term of study as a tuition fee reduction, based on the number of units enrolled at the census date.
