- Guide Course and Institution Choices: Parents should work with their children to select appropriate courses and institutions, using the JAMB brochure to verify requirements.
- Encourage Integrity: Parents must discourage examination malpractice and promote honest preparation for the exams.
Prohibited Actions During JAMB UTME
- Possession of Unauthorized Items:
Candidates are not allowed to bring devices such as calculators, mobile phones, or smartwatches into the examination hall.
Penalty: Immediate disqualification and nullification of results. - Impersonation:
Arranging for someone else to take the examination on behalf of a candidate is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Both the impersonator and candidate will face legal prosecution, possible imprisonment, and a lifetime ban from JAMB exams.

- Cheating or Use of Unauthorized Materials:
