The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of the results for the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The board made the announcement on its official website and urged candidates who took part in the examination to check their results as soon as possible.
According to JAMB, a total of 2,112,546 candidates registered for the examination, out of which 2,097,184 actually sat for the test. The board noted that the results of 59, 662 candidates were withheld due to various infractions.

Candidates are advised to print out their results as it may be required for admission screening exercises. JAMB also warned candidates against fraudulent individuals or websites claiming to have the ability to upgrade results, noting that such claims are false and should be disregarded.
