What You Will Do:
- Research, write, and present daily news bulletins in clear, professional Hausa.
- Translate breaking news and reports from English to Hausa while maintaining accuracy and context.
- Collaborate with editors, reporters, and producers to develop high-quality news programs.
- Stay updated on local, national, and international events to ensure credible reporting.
Who Should Apply?
Arewa Radio is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
✔ Educational Qualification: A BSc/HND in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
✔ Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hausa (excellent translation and pronunciation skills are essential).
✔ Experience: Prior radio broadcasting or news reporting experience is an advantage.
✔ Location: Must be based in Kano State.
