Role Description:
In this pivotal role, the Sales and Distribution Representative will take on various responsibilities to achieve MTN’s retail objectives:

Verification of stock receipt and movement with sub dealers and dealer branches.
Imparting informal training to shops about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
On-the-spot training and coaching for outlets within the territory during call cycles.
Overseeing events and promotional activities, including post-promo evaluations.
Providing timely sales activity and market intelligence reports to field service engineers.
Monitoring and reporting on network quality and sales-related indicators in the covered territory.
Ensuring a call cycle time of 8-10 visits per day per territory.
Identifying, categorizing, and supporting stakeholders in the distribution channels.
Ensuring MTN product availability exceeds 95% in all outlets and submitting weekly availability reports.
Directing channel participants to growth areas specified by MTN.
Establishing consistent channel standards, including branding recommendations.
Enhancing brand awareness through strategic signage and point-of-sale (POS) distribution.
Supporting outlets with effective merchandizing and fostering relationships between various levels of channel partners.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in social sciences.
Proficiency in English.
1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
Experience working collaboratively in medium-sized organizations.
