The funeral was attended by several dignitaries, including the Emir of Argungu, Alhaji Samaila Muhammadu Mera, and top security officials such as the Commissioner of Police, the Officer Commanding of the Nigerian Army, and the Director of State Security in Kebbi State. Other key government officials, including the Commissioner for Home and Internal Security Affairs and the Civil Defense Commandant, were also present.
