In a significant move to bolster the judiciary in Kebbi State, Governor Dr. Nasir Idris swore in four new high court judges and two new khadis at a ceremony held at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi on Friday. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by key judicial officers and political figures in the state.

Following the oath-taking, Governor Idris announced a major step toward improving the welfare of the state’s judiciary staff. He approved a budget of N300 million for the procurement of new vehicles for the newly appointed judges and khadis, underscoring the importance of supporting judicial officers in the effective discharge of their duties.
