To secure their admission, candidates are required to pay an Admission Acceptance Fee of ₦5,000, in addition to ₦1,000 for Students’ Registration Record Files. These fees should be paid separately into Ecobank with Account Number 4002006157. Upon payment, candidates can proceed to the designated Registration Centre within the University on the specified registration date, which will be communicated through text messages and the University portal.
It’s crucial for admitted candidates to act promptly, as failure to register within the specified period may result in late registration charges.
In addition to the university’s requirements, admitted candidates are advised to check their JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) profile to accept the admission and print their JAMB online Admission Letter. Furthermore, they are encouraged to visit the University portal at www.ksusta.net to print their Admission Status letter once they receive an SMS notification.
As for the registration fees, candidates should visit their portal account on the University website to generate their Registration Fees, taking into account the distinction between fees for State and other States Indigenes. Detailed guidelines on the registration procedure can also be found on the portal.
For students seeking accommodation in the University Hostel, they should reach out to the Hall Administration Unit and obtain a Hostel online application card before making a payment of ₦22,000 for a bed space per student, per session, which can be arranged through the Student Affairs Division.
Admitted candidates should remember to bring along their original credentials, UTME Result Notification & Result Slip, JAMB Online Admission Letter for the Institution, Admission Status letter from the University portal, and evidence of payment for the acceptance fee and record files.
This development marks an exciting new chapter for the incoming students as they embark on their higher education journey at Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero, setting the stage for a promising academic year ahead.
