The National Association of N-Power Beneficiaries has taken a significant step to address the continued delay in the payment of outstanding stipends. In a formal letter dated June 27, 2025, the association petitioned the Federal Ministry of Finance, demanding immediate action to clear the backlog of unpaid stipends owed to thousands of beneficiaries across the country.
According to reports, the letter was duly acknowledged by both the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, indicating that the complaint is officially on record. Many beneficiaries have expressed frustration over the prolonged non-payment, which they say has caused financial hardship despite their dedicated service under the N-Power programme.
