The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) examination results for candidates eager to check their results.
In a press conference held by the JAMB Boss, Professor Ishaq Oleyede announced the release of the results at JAMB Board Headquarters Bwari, Abuja on Monday 29th April 2024. PunchNG reported.
JAMB also announced that over 1.94 million candidates registered for the 2024 JAMB, also over 700 centres In 118 towns across the country.
The 2024 examination commenced on Friday 19th April 2023, and ended on Monday, 29th April 2024, the day when the JAMB Registrar announced the release of the results.

The JAMB explained the reason for the delay in releasing the exam results, claiming that they chose to delay the release of the results to have more time to scrutinize the results to ensure the credibility and integrity of the results.
How to Check 2024 UTME JAMB Results Online Via EFacility Portal
Candidates who took the exam can now have access to check their results online. Here’s how to check your 2024 JAMB examination results:
- Step 1: Visit the JAMB Official EFacility Portal https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/login and it will take you to the Efacility Login page.
- Step 2: Enter your Email address and the password you created to log in, if you don’t know your password, we will provide you with an article on How to Reset the JAMB Efacility Portal Password to log in and Print Results, Admission Letter, etc.
- Step 3: Once you log in, Proceed to Check UTME Examination Results, and click it and it will show your results.
Note: Make sure you stable internet connection to access the JAMB official website.
How to Check 2024 UTME JAMB Results Via SMS
- Step 1: Open your Message app and proceed to send a New Message.
- Step 2: Compose a New Text Message and Type UTMERESULT (in capital letters) and send it to 55019.
- Step 3: You will receive a confirmation message from MTN telling you have been charged N50 for the message.
- Step 4: You will receive your jamb results including the four subjects you wrote.
