Bridging the Tech Talent Gap
The HatchDev program, spanning nine months, is tailored to produce 300 junior software engineers, 100 intelligent systems developers, and 100 IoT/embedded systems engineers annually. This initiative aims to address the skilled tech talent gap in Nigeria while aligning with the Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy’s vision of creating two million digital jobs in the country.
Comprehensive Training Curriculum
Participants of the HatchDev program will undergo rigorous training in Front-end, Back-end, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Data Science, and Embedded Systems/IoT. The curriculum includes six months of hands-on training, providing a deep dive into full-stack development, from fundamental principles to advanced techniques. Following this, participants will engage in a three-month immersive internship, gaining practical experience in a real-world environment and networking with industry experts.
