- Public Universities/Colleges of Education: Minimum 3.0/4 or 3.5/5 (Second Class Upper)
- Public Polytechnics: Minimum 3.0 (Upper Credit) from OND and must have secured admission into HND.
- Direct Entry Students: Minimum 3.0 (Upper Credit) from OND and admitted into 300-level in a Public University.
2. MTN Scholarship for Blind Students (SBS)
Dedicated to visually impaired students, this scholarship supports both 200 and 300-level students from any course of study.
Eligibility for MTN SBS
- Must be a Blind Student in a Nigerian Public University, Polytechnic, or College of Education.
- Must be in 200 or 300 level (300 level only for Law students).
- CGPA requirement:
- Universities/Colleges of Education: Minimum CGPA of 2.5
- Public Polytechnics: Minimum CGPA of 2.0 from OND and must have secured admission into HND.
3. MTN Top 10 UTME Scholarship
Awarded to the top 10 candidates in the UTME across Nigeria, this scholarship supports their entire university education with N300,000 annually.
