Who Can Apply?

This scholarship is for students in Nigerian public tertiary institutions, including universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education.

1. MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (MTN STSS)

• Open to 300-level students in science and technology-related fields.
• Applicants must have completed 200-level second-semester exams and be moving to 300 level.
• Required CGPA:
  • Universities & Colleges of Education: Minimum 3.0/4 or 3.5/5 (Second Class Upper).
  • Polytechnics: Minimum 3.0 (Upper Credit) in OND, and must have secured admission for HND.
  • Direct Entry students: Minimum 3.0 (Upper Credit) in OND and must be admitted to 300 level in a university.

2. MTN Scholarship for Blind Students (MTN SSBS)

• Open to 200 & 300-level blind students in any course of study.
• Blind Law students (5-year program): Only 300-level students can apply.
• Required CGPA:
  • Universities & Colleges of Education: Minimum 2.5 CGPA.
  • Polytechnics: Minimum 2.0 CGPA in OND, and must have secured admission for HND.
