
Shortlisted applicants are required to report to the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Ribadu Campus, Kaduna State on:
- Date: 1st December 2025
- Time: 6:00am – 11:00am
Candidates are strongly advised to arrive early. Anyone who reports after 11:00am will not be allowed into the screening ground.

Mandatory Documents to Bring
Each candidate must come with original documents and two photocopies of all required items. These include:
- Academic and professional certificates
- NYSC discharge or exemption letter
- Valid birth certificate or declaration of age
- Certificate of state of origin
- Military identification or leave pass for serving personnel
- Recommendation letter (for military applicants)
- BVN slip and NIN
- SSCC application printouts
All documents must be clear and unaltered.
Essential Items for the Screening Exercise
Candidates should also come fully prepared with the following personal items:
- Writing materials
- Three pairs of blue shorts
- Three white round-neck T-shirts
- White socks and white canvas shoes
- Toiletries and basic hygiene materials
- Bucket, cutlery, and other personal essentials
- Bedding supplies
- Four recent full-size photographs and four passport photos
- WAEC/NECO scratch cards for result verification
- Court-sworn consent letter from a parent or guardian
Bringing all items as instructed will help you avoid delays or penalties during the selection process.
Important Rules to Note
The Nigerian Army has placed strict regulations for all shortlisted candidates:
- No tampered or edited documents
- No private vehicles allowed
- No visitors during the entire exercise
- Adherence to discipline at all times
- Participation is at the individual’s risk due to the military nature of the training
