The proximity to Niger and Benin Republics, particularly the latter known for its drug activities, exacerbates the susceptibility of these borders to drug trafficking.

“Kebbi borders are particularly vulnerable because they border Niger and Benin Republics. As we know, the Benin Republic is notorious for drug activities,” Danmusa stated.
