“Congratulations! You’re Approved! You are now in the talent pool, waiting to be selected by a host organization.”

On the NJFP dashboard, their status now shows “Approved and in Pool.”

Once approved, fellows become visible to host organizations through the Fellow Finder, where employers can review profiles and reach out for opportunities.

Approved fellows are expected to:
• Upload a strong CV
• Update their profile
• Complete the psychometric assessment
• Indicate availability
