This bold initiative, launched under the NWDC Act of 2024, supports human capital development in Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara through access to global-standard education in Europe, China, and other Asian nations.

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Candidates:
- Must have 3 distinctions in core science subjects
- 5 O’Level credits in maximum two sittings
- Maximum age: 22 years
Postgraduate Candidates:
- Master’s: CGPA of 3.8+, Age limit: 35
- PhD: CGPA of 4.0+/5.0, Age limit: 40
All applicants must be from North-West Nigeria.
