As a Technology Specialist at Peak Milk, you will play a key role in managing and improving production technology processes to ensure the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for overseeing critical process validations, coordinating change management activities, and collaborating with plant teams to drive continuous improvements that reduce losses and boost efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Manage Bill of Materials and key technology processes.
• Validate production processes like QCP, OPRP, and CCP to meet safety and quality standards.
• Lead change management initiatives within the plant.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Safety, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to optimize operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A first degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Food Science or a related field is required; MSc is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to foster teamwork and innovation.
