1. Loan Documentation Litigation Officer
Job Category: Legal Jobs
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND with a law degree; Must be a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-call experience in litigation (preferably debt recovery or commercial litigation), company secretarial work, contract review/drafting, or general legal services within a financial institution.
Job Description:
- Ensure accuracy and legal compliance of loan documentation.
- Manage legal risks related to loan recovery and litigation.
