Redmi is gearing up to launch its latest wearable, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite, on September 25, 2024, at 12 PM IST in India. In anticipation of the launch, the company has unveiled a teaser site, showcasing several of the smartwatch’s standout features.
The Redmi Watch 5 Lite will boast a 1.96-inch AMOLED display, built-in GPS, 5ATM water resistance (suitable for depths of up to 50 meters), and the ability to handle Bluetooth calls directly from the wrist. It will also come equipped with Amazon Alexa and promises an impressive 18-day battery life on a single charge.
Running on HyperOS, the smartwatch will offer users the ability to sync their calendars, receive reminders, and manage tasks effortlessly from their wrist. While the device is not expected to feature Wear OS, it will operate on a proprietary system layered with the HyperOS interface.
With the official launch just days away, all eyes are on the Redmi Watch 5 Lite as it looks to deliver an affordable yet feature-packed option in the wearable market.
