President Bola Tinubu has called for an immediate end to the prolonged Israeli aggression in Gaza, emphasizing the urgent need for a peaceful resolution to the humanitarian crisis. Speaking at the Arab-Islamic summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Tinubu expressed grave concern over the suffering inflicted by the conflict, which has persisted for far too long.

The conflict in Palestine has endured for decades, bringing immense suffering to countless lives. As representatives of nations that uphold justice, dignity, and the sanctity of human life, world leaders are morally obligated to work together to end this conflict. Tinubu’s call to action echoes the sentiments of various international organizations and leaders, including the United Nations, who have consistently urged the international community to put in place the building blocks of a more peaceful and just future for Israelis and Palestinians.
