Former Commissioner of Special duties and power development during the reign of Governor Seriake Dickson, Engineer Mike Ogiasa has cried out after his relatives failed to pay ransom after he was abducted in recent days.
The former commissioner, who is a cousin of former President Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, has asked his family to come and get him out of his predicament.
Engineer Mike Ogiasa told his family that money was more important than his life, saying they should make every effort to save him from kidnappers.
Former President Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has yet to comment on the matter, even though he is his cousin.
Former Bayelsa State Commissioner was abducted last month. Mike Ogiasa where his captors demanded large sums of money to release him.
It was not immediately clear how much money his captors needed to release former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s son-in-law after days in captivity.
