“The results of the Computer-Based West African Senior School Certificate Examination for 2025-First Series have been released.”
Candidates who sat for the exam can now check their results online using the WAEC result portal.
Candidates Face Challenges Checking Results
Despite the release, some candidates have reported difficulties in accessing their results. Many took to social media to express their frustrations.
- A candidate, Ephrata, shared: “I checked mine, and it says my card has been used by another candidate. This is my first time using it. Even after buying a new scratch card, I’m facing the same issue. What should I do?”
- Another user, endowedToBad, noted: “My student has not been able to check their Nov/Dec 2024 result until now.”
- A user named Bigname also mentioned an error message while trying to retrieve his photo card, which prevented him from accessing his result pin.
How to Check Your 2025 WAEC WASSCE Results
To check your result, follow these steps:
- Visit the WAEC result-checking portal (https://www.waecdirect.org).
- Enter your Examination Number in the required field.
- Input your Scratch Card details (PIN and Serial Number).
- Click on “Submit” to view your results.
