Eligibility Criteria

For General Cohort (Sales Track):
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in any discipline from a recognized university
- At least 5 credits in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent (including Mathematics and English)
- Not older than 26 years at the time of application
- Must have completed NYSC with a valid discharge certificate
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be motivated, analytical, and target-oriented
For Tech Cohort (Technology Track):
- Degree in STEM fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Second Class Upper (2:1) minimum
- Not older than 26 years
- Valid NYSC discharge certificate required
- Strong interest in digital banking, innovation, and technology
- Knowledge of tech tools or programming is an added advantage
