They have launched an Entry Level Training Program (ELTP) which provides a unique opportunity for graduates to be trained in the School of Banking Excellence alongside other highly qualified candidates. The ELTP aims to equip graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the banking industry.

The ELTP program has four divisions: ELTP GRAD, ELTP RETAIL, ELTP TECH, and INTERNSHIP. ELTP GRAD is for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) and offers positions in the Enterprise Resource Group, Corporate and Investment Banking Division, and Commercial Banking Division. ELTP RETAIL is for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) and offers positions in Retail sales, Products, and Retail Operations. ELTP TECH is for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) and must be a graduate of any STEM discipline and Economics. ELTP TECH offers positions in the Technology division. The INTERNSHIP program is for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division (2:1) and offers positions in Retail Operations.
