This initiative aims to support innovative and digital solutions focusing on food security and agriarch.

Hunger Levels Remain Alarming
The recent UN report on the “State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World 2023” underscores the critical need for intensified global efforts in transforming agri-food systems. Alarmingly, between 690 and 783 million people worldwide are estimated to face hunger in 2022, with projections indicating that almost 600 million people will experience chronic undernourishment by 2030. Africa, in particular, faces a substantial challenge in meeting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2 – Zero Hunger.
