CDCFIB Warns: Multiple Applications Will Lead to Disqualification in 2025 Recruitment

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has issued a clear warning to all applicants regarding its ongoing 2025 nationwide recruitment exercise.

According to the public notice released on Thursday, June 26, 2025, any candidate who submits more than one application will face automatic disqualification from the process.

Key Recruitment Details:

  • The application portal is open for three weeks from June 26, 2025.
  • Recruitment is ongoing for the following agencies:
    • Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS)
    • Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
    • Federal Fire Service (FFS)
    • Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)

Application Categories:

  1. General Duty Cadre
    • Roles such as Superintendent of Corrections (for medical graduates) and Assistant Superintendent I & II (for degree and HND holders in law, engineering, and other fields).
  2. Inspectorate Cadre
    • Roles for registered Nurses, Midwives, and those with NCE or National Diploma qualifications.
  3. Assistant Cadre
    • Positions available for SSCE holders, drivers, artisans, and tradespeople with relevant certificates.

Application Guidelines:

  • Only one application is allowed per applicant.
  • Multiple applications will result in disqualification without further consideration.
  • Applicants are advised to carefully review eligibility requirements and choose one preferred position before applying.

Additional Information:

  • The recruitment process is free of charge.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by physical screening and interviews.
