The Department of State Services (DSS) has issued an important advisory to candidates preparing for the next stage of its 2025 recruitment exercise. The agency emphasized that all applicants invited for further screening must present the exact documents they submitted during the initial application stage.
According to the update, candidates are strictly warned not to alter or replace key documents such as their date of birth certificate, primary school certificate, or any other record previously uploaded. Any attempt to present different or updated documents will lead to automatic disqualification.

The DSS explained that all documents from the first stage are already stored in its system, making it easy to detect any inconsistencies. Presenting documents that do not match the earlier submissions will be treated as a violation of screening rules and an attempt to manipulate personal information.
Applicants are urged to take this instruction seriously and ensure they arrive at the screening venue with the same original documents used during the first stage. The DSS maintains that strict document verification is necessary to uphold fairness and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
