The man, Brian, who lives in a nursing home near the mosque, went to speak to the mosque’s imam, Hassan, about the loud sound of the prayers that were broadcasted through speakers. Hassan sat with Brian and spoke to him for 10 to 15 minutes, during which he explained the religion and its practices. Brian was convinced of the faith and made a voluntary decision to convert to Islam.
