In a recent announcement, Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) has officially revealed its plans for the Post UTME and DE Admission Screening Exercise for the upcoming 2023/2024 Academic Session. Prospective candidates are encouraged to take note of the important dates and eligibility criteria outlined by the institution.
The Online Registration for the Post UTME and DE Admission Screening Exercise is set to commence on Monday, 4th September, 2023. Candidates who wish to participate in this exercise must register through the university’s official portal at https://eforms.fubk.edu.ng at a cost of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only.

The physical screening will be conducted over a span of five days, with each day dedicated to specific faculties. The schedule for the physical screening is as follows:
- Day 1 (Monday, 25th September, 2023): Faculty of Science, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Students Centre.
- Day 2 (Tuesday, 26th September, 2023): College Sciences of Health, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Students Centre.
- Day 3 (Wednesday, 27th September, 2023): Faculties of Arts, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Students Centre, and Faculty of Social & Management Sciences.
- Day 4 (Thursday, 28th September, 2023): Faculty of Environmental Sciences, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Students Centre.
- Day 5 (Friday, 29th September, 2023): Faculty of Education, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Students Centre.
Eligibility for UTME:
Only candidates who selected Federal University Birnin Kebbi as their first choice and have achieved a score of 140 points and above in their UTME are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.

Eligibility for DE (Direct Entry):
Candidates who made FUBK their first choice and possess a minimum qualification of Lower Credit at National Diploma from recognized institutions or 7 points at NCE/LIMB or equivalent qualifications are eligible to attend the DE screening.
Candidates attending the screening are required to bring the following documents:
- Original UTME/DE result slip and photocopy of the same.
- Original and photocopies of credentials (where available).
- Evidence of payment of the N2,000 screening fee.
- Post UTME registration slip.
