The Federal University Birnin Kebbi has officially declared the commencement of the registration exercise for the 2023/2024 academic session, scheduled to begin on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Admitted students are urged to follow the outlined procedure for a seamless registration process.

Registration Procedure:
- JAMB Provisional Admission Letter: Admitted candidates must print their JAMB Provisional Admission Letter from the CAPS Portal.
- Remita Invoice for Acceptance Fees: Visit the University’s registration portal at www.portal.fubk.edu.ng to generate a Remita Invoice for Acceptance Fees.
- Payment of Acceptance Fees: Make the payment at any commercial bank or online.
- Confirmation of Payment: Bursary Officials at the Registration Centre (Student Centre) will confirm acceptance fee payments.
- Screening of Credentials: Attend the screening of credentials at the Student Centre.
- E-confirmation and Bio-data: Complete e-confirmation and bio-data processes at the Student Centre.
- Remita Invoice for Registration Fees: Collect Remita Invoice for Registration Fees at the Student Centre.
- Payment of Registration Fees: Make the payment at any commercial bank or online.
- Confirmation of Payment: Bursary Officials at the Student Centre will confirm registration fee payments.
- Collection of Admission Letter: Receive Admission Letter (Confirmation of Admission) from ICT staff at the Student Centre.
- Signing of Admission Letter: Admissions Officer will sign the Admission Letter.
- Collection of Files: Collect four files at the Student Centre.
- Collection of Course Registration Form: Obtain the Course Registration Form at the Department.
- E-course Registration: Complete e-course registration at the Student Centre.
- Making Photocopies: Make photocopies of credentials and forms provided in the file.
- Submission of Files to Academic Office: Submit one file containing the original Admission Letter and photocopies of Form 02 and credentials to the Academic Office.
- Department, Faculty, and Student Affairs Office Submission: Submit the remaining three files containing photocopies of credentials, Admission Letter, Form 02, and e-course registration form to the Department, Faculty, and Student Affairs Office.
