Gov Bagudu Approves Early Payment of April Salary for Sallah Celebration

In a bid to ensure that civil servants and pensioners in Kebbi State celebrate the upcoming Sallah festivities with ease, Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has approved the immediate payment of April salary. This was made known in a press statement signed by the Acting Head of Service, Alhaji Safiyanu Garba Bena, and released to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi.

The statement disclosed that the Kebbi State Government, under the leadership of Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, has directed respective banks to release salary alerts to workers promptly. This gesture is to enable the workers to have access to their salaries from Friday, 14th April 2023.

The early payment of salaries is expected to ease the financial burden of workers and pensioners and enable them to adequately prepare for the Sallah celebrations. The Governor’s directive is in line with his administration’s commitment to the welfare of workers and pensioners in the State.
