In a heartfelt move aimed at honoring the legacy of the late Sheik Abubakar Giro Argungu, Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, has appointed Hussaini Abubakar Giro as a member of the Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Board. This appointment comes as a touching gesture to fill the void left by the passing of the revered religious figure, Sheik Abubakar Giro Argungu, who passed away recently.

The National body of Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’a Wa’iqamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS) had made a heartfelt appeal to Governor Idris, requesting that one of the late Sheik Abubakar Giro’s sons be considered for the position that was initially designated for his father. In a gracious response to this request, the governor has now appointed Hussaini Abubakar Giro to the Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Board.
