This phase of the initiative, announced during a flag-off ceremony, focuses on distributing 7,158 goats to 2,386 women across the state’s 44 local government areas. According to the governor’s spokesperson, Sanusi Dawakin-Tofa, each beneficiary will receive three goats to support livestock entrepreneurship and improve their livelihoods.
