President Bola Tinubu has officially named Deputy Comptroller-General Kemi Nanna Nandap as the new head of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), effective March 1, 2024. The announcement comes as the tenure of the current Comptroller-General, Mrs. Caroline Wura-Ola Adepoju, draws to a close on February 29, 2024.

Nandap, who previously served as the Deputy Comptroller-General overseeing the Migration Directorate of the NIS, now assumes the top position within the service.
