If you are a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) applicant or participant, you may have faced challenges logging into the portal. Many users recently complained of invalid login errors or being unable to reset their password because they didn’t receive the One-Time Password (OTP) in their email.
The good news is that the issue has now been fixed. Applicants can now successfully use the “Forgot Password” option to reset their login details without stress. Below is a simple step-by-step guide to help you recover access to your TVET portal.
